I’ve been seeing the Ashmore Optical team for quite a few years now and they have always been terrific, happy to help, easy to deal with, professional and courteous
Excellent service. They go above and beyond with even the little things like tightening your glasses quickly!!!! Suggested they have a tip jar, as they never charge me for tightening my glasses and cleaning them up for me, and I would love to leave even just a small tip …….. Maybe if they get enough in tips, they can shout themselves a coffee each at the end of the year, or they could donate it to a charity of their choosing ………
I just wanted to share my positive experience from today’s appointment. I was looked after by a gentleman named Raj, and I was truly impressed with his service and professionalism in addressing my deteriorating eyesight. He made the whole process comfortable and informative. I’m looking forward to receiving my new glasses!

Rick and the team give the best personalised customer care on the Gold Coast. I had lost my glasses and Ashmore Optical makes the lenses on site, in just one day an interim pair was made at no cost. This enabled me to continue working on my computer until my chosen frame arrived and my new set are fantastic. Many Thanks
