From a lifelong and full time glasses wearer,🤓 I think honestly Ashmore Optical are fantastic opticians. I have a strong prescription so that even tiny misalignment or prescription errors cause trouble, but Tim, Mary and the team are excellent, highly skilled and have always looked after me so well. Great selection of frames, good advice on choosing, they cut their own lenses on site. Highly recommended
Was here for a few years but never again... 1. To expensive for a pensioner.... 2. They dont have stock what your looking for so i spoke to tim and he said we can order it for you no obligation to buy the frames 2 weeks later i tried the frames at a different optmitrist and it didnt suit me so i did the right thing and cancelled it but what do i get instead rick taylor the owner come to me infront of me with others sitting around humiliating me and said i change my mind about the frames and he had cancelled it and rick was w... read more
I just visited Ashmore Optical to see if they could fix my fave pair of Gucci glasses I’ve had for a few years. The lovely girl at the front advised they might snap but said she’d do her best and within about three minutes they came back perfectly fitted and honestly like brand new. I’m so grateful for the friendliness, efficiency, and outstanding customer service. I’ll absolutely be returning to purchase my glasses here from now on.
