Always very friendly and helpful
Thankyou for the kindness, empathy and care given to myself and our loyal family companion of 15 years, our dog Pinot. Jackie and the team were very informative and supportive during a profoundly difficult time for myself and my family. Our loyal pet Pinot was well cared for during the last stage in his life as he crossed the rainbow bridge. Incredibly disappointing experience with Ashmore City Vets. They ask patients for feedback, but be warned if you do try to express your concerns as they are inconsiderate, combative and dismiss you. As much as I would love to go into detail, I won't waste my time any further with this vet clinic. Take your pets elsewhere - they deserve better.
