I do not recommend this vet ,do not go to her . Karen ( vet , owner ) is all about the money , not the animal / pet , she's greedy money hungry . I took my pet to her & she charged me consult & medications . Medication was not helping condition, so had to take my dog back for same reason which should have been a recheck , but no she charged me consult fee again for same problem & not only that new medications , so medications I originally paid for that weren't cheap and didn't use coz Karen didn't get it right 1st time . Only interested in making money, no genuine care for the welfare of your pet, I would avoid this place. My wife took our dog gypsy to a vet named Karen (owner of business I think), one of the first things Karen asked was if this would be a one time visit, or if we planned to have Gypsy be treated at this practice from now on, this question was irrelevant, what difference would it make, my wife told her we were looking for a new vet because our dog's regular vet is going to retire, after Karen learned of this, her manner beco... read more
I called the surgery for what I felt was an emergency (dog may have been faking it), but they were great and got me in immediately. They were very clear on the options and extra costs for each one. I was so happy I booked my other dog in the following week and they will now be my regular vet
Wow what an amazing experience it was when we took our friends dog Qito to see this veterinarian clinic for the first time. Our friends are overseas. Vet Jenna and her team showed so much love and compassion and went above and beyond help. They were very understanding and supportive. They were so patient while following our dog around trying to catch its wee I wouldn’t hesitate to take any animal to see them.
