Absolutely over the moon with the amount of care and attention to detail provided by all of the staff any time I've attended with my cat, Ava. I recently brought her in for dental procedure and although a very stressful situation for her, the team went beyond to accommodate and ensure she was as comfortable as possible whilst being incredibly transparent, keeping myself updated throughout the whole process.
