Just brought my 3rd car from here,absolutely brilliant service
Outstanding….. Accommodating….. My Auntie organised to view a Renault scenic, I drove up from Kent with my 10week old baby to view it with her. From the minute we arrived Matt was extremely helpful, patient and accommodating. Matt helped put car seats in the car and pushchair in the boot to see if they all fitted. Really happy with our car. After about a 2 weeks of driving it back to Kent and back up to Shropshire it lost power. Bought a car about 2 weeks ago. 10/10 customer service. Was dealing with Matt, found him very helpful, informative, my car purchase was absolutely stress free. Had a couple of cars to choose from, but found some alarming reviews about other sellers on google reviews although autotrader reviews seemed to be good. My advice is to do proper seller research before buying, to avoid disapointment.
