One star is too many for this doctor who is not only not good at what she does, she has no integrity. I went in for an annual exam which is free for me under my insurance, and during the 10-minute visit, she asked me various questions that I responded to. Based on our simple exchange, she proceeded to charged my insurance for an additional office visit that I had to pay a co-pay. What a fraud!
I was relieved Dr Kapadia took so much time with me during my visit. I felt a genuine concern about my wellbeing and medical issues. She issued referrals to specialists. She has a warm bedside manner. she took the time to listen without interruption. I'm happy to have her as my new primary care doctor.
Appointment was rushed and not all my concerns were addressed. I was asked to come back to finish discussing since she was running behind. Also UCLA Health will pinch every penny out of you and charge you an office visit fee for an annual wellness exam which is covered by insurance 100%.
