Appointments are usually when scheduled. If not, it's not far off. I've never had to wait long. I have West Virginia Medicaid (Aetna) and they were able to get my cervical fusion c-2 to t-2 approved when it didn't want to cover it. Courteous and to the point. They get you in and out while also getting you the help you need. If you use My Chart, they can be connected to it and all your appointments and stuff are at your fingertips when you need it.
