She asked questions, and listened to my answers. I was able to ask her questions also. She was surprised at the amount of arthritis I have in this old body. She also conducted a strength test of my legs. I felt she was doing a service and not just collecting a paycheck.

Ashlyn was who I met at Neurology back in 2020 when I found out I needed a spinal fusion surgery. I was not expecting this, nor was I prepared. However, Ashlyn was absolutely amazing at ensuring I understood my options. She was not pushy, nor rushed me into anything. I appreciate Ashlyn Baird seeing me so quickly. She was very personable looking me in the eye, and listened to my concerns, a quick but thorough hands on exam then advising me what she would need from me such as xrays that we did in office on the same day, my MRI scheduled and a followup appt all within 3 business days. I definitely wasn't expecting the promptness but I am very Thankful for Ashlyn, Dr O and staff.. feel assured you're in Great hands. five stars!!!!
