I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience was with this business. My wife and I experienced a flood situation and needed their expert cleaning capabilities with both modern and especially Persian rugs. They picked all the rugs up, cleaned them and were able to store them during our extensive renovation/restoration ordeal. Services here, the Staff and the Company overall all amazing. This is certainly the place you need to take your rugs for cleaning and maintenance of them. I did and im glad I did. They turned a yellow and grey rug clean white again. In a household with 3 adults, 1 child, 4 dogs a dozens of monthly transient visitors (we are a truck driving family) none of thought anyone could save this rug. Ashley's proved us wrong. Had a wonderful experience start to finish! I called to get information about cleaning a hand knotted wool Serena & Lily rug, spoke to Helena who gave me all the information I needed! They picked up the rug and then delivered it today looking brand new! They also offered a custom rug pad so I did that as well. This is a local family run business we will continue to call every time! They exceeded expectations. Planning to visit their showroom soon.
