Had an absolutely wonderful real estate agent in Samantha, who helped guide us at every step of the process. Always helpful and willing to answer all the questions we had no matter how absurd!

ashlie was our listing and selling agent. she helped us navigate a complicated sale as we moved out of country. the process was smooth and she negotiated a great selling price. she and her assistant tara were very helpful and responsive. we chose ashlie because she is very knowledgeable of the tri cities area. i would highly recommend martin and company.

Ashlie worked persistently and patiently with the buyer's inexperienced realtor to get my condo sold. She kept me well informed about the process and helped me through the final steps to secure the sale. I am very pleased with the results and will trust her to represent me in any future real estate deals.
