Dr. Darr was excellent! I saw her for a lump in my neck which turned out to be a brachial cleft cyst, and she flawlessly performed surgery at BIDMC to remove it. Great skills and bedside manner.
Drove 2 hours to get to this appointment and when I got there right on time I got scolded by the receptionist for not marking it 15 minuets early to fill out paperwork. The doctor was still in her previous appointment so she was not ready for me regardless. The receptionist then told me the doctor may not have time to see me at all which made zero sense to me. So, I proceeded to leave and drive the two hours back home. Terrible service and receptionist!!!
