I cant say to much because it will have consequences follow. But i hate to even leave this one star.
The front office staff are very rude and passive aggressive to the point my whole family doesnt want to go in the front office because we get anxious (except for Mrs Dena she’s super sweet with every interaction I’ve had with her! )
I want to report that yes communities are using the BBB system to maintain a “veneer of trust” (the A+ rating ) while residents of Ashli oaks in denton are facing actual neglect. This “trust gap” is a classic investigative hook. I am reporting a pattern of deceptive responsiveness YES communities consistently uses the boilerplate language to satisfy the BBB “response” requirements.
