If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the absolute worst place to live. It has been 1 nightmare after another. Picked and signed a contract for my lot then told Im not allowed to move my home there because they want to put one of theirs there so I was forced to have my home put over a sewer. Took 2 months to get a mail key that I had to ask about daily. I've been attacked by other owners dogs that weren't on a leash. The countless times we have no running water with or without notice.
