Ashli was excellent to work with. We are older folks and she held our hand thru the refi process since we definitely needed it. She also worked hard to get us the best rates possible. She stayed right on top of everything with multiple emails and phone calls when necessary all the way to the end. These days it is hard to get good service and Ashli certainly showed us she cared about our business.
She’s quick, honest, kind, flexible, personable, immensely helpful, and great at explaining/walking newbies through the whole process! She was always really great at communication as well which is very important to me. Our family couldn’t have had a better experience with Ashli!
Ashli is AMAZING at what she does. We certainly had a whole bunch of obstacles while buying our first home during the rainy and storm season, but she stayed on top of everything and always kept us informed during the whole process.
