Ashli Medical Supply My name is Dorothy Brown and I have been a customer of Ashli Medical Supply for several years. I have both an oxygen condenser as well as a ventilator. Every six months they come out and are supposed to give me supplies, check the machines and then annually they are supposed to do a thorough annual check of the machines. Delivery drivers for Ashli Healthcare do not know how to drive and could’ve caused accidents on 58 near Tehachapi. Needs so driver safety training.
I wish they kept on top of patient files and CPAP supplies. I would've been happy if they alerted me of an expiring prescription order. Even had to pay for filters out of pocket; they only give you 2 filters covered by Medicaid. Now I have a broken CPAP mask and an expired patient order. Not happy with this DME company.
