I wish they kept on top of patient files and CPAP supplies. I would've been happy if they alerted me of an expiring prescription order. Even had to pay for filters out of pocket; they only give you 2 filters covered by Medicaid. Now I have a broken CPAP mask and an expired patient order. Not happy with this DME company.
We had a little communication issue at first. Just phone tag for a day. But once we got that situated, everything was all good. Anything else I may need in the future i would ask my Doctor to write my prescription out to them.
