Ashley’s Sparkling Clean Maid Service has cleaned my house on a bi-weekly basis for about two years. Ashley David is professional, thorough, hard-working and dedicated. I have had other cleaning services before Ashley. Whenever I gave them constructive feedback, they would promise – but fail – to improve. For example, those cleaners never cleaned the floor behind the toilets. No one dusted the ceiling fans. The person was not on time and on top of that she missed several places like tops of book shelves also scratched my wooden handrails terrible service and wouldn't even apologize for everything
as a former employee this business is absolutely horrible. there is no professionalism. not to mention the owner herself is never on time to the point that clients would be very surprised and make comments if we were actually on time so the issues I dealt with are as followed, with little to no training in the first two weeks of working for Ashley I was left at multiple clients houses on my own with little to no information on how to proceed multiple complaints were received and most never taken care of. upon starting my job... read more
I am so happy I found Ashley. She and her team are dependable, thorough and I trust them. Ashley is a great communicator and cares about her client's satisfaction. I have her do both standard and deep cleans and the feeling of being in my home after they are through is sooooo nice.
