This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They have no respect for long time customers, they don't listen to customers, very disrespectful, frankly not sure how they have survived and stayed in business. They have no customer service skills and they have it backwards, they are always right and the customer is not, just don't get how these individuals can run a business with such a poor service and lack of customer service skills.

Shane has many years of experience and gave us great service. Not only did he help us out during an emergency, but I will be trusting him and his company with my septic needs from now on.
