A pipe burst and we had water in our basement. Jeff and his team were outstanding. Jeff responded immediately and came out and took care of absolutely everything that needed to be done. He even called to follow up to check on the basement. He by far is one of the best service people I’ve ever worked with. I highly recommend him and his company.
Called Ashley's on a Sunday after having some water on the rug in a basement bedroom from the heavy rain. 1. They answered the phone! 2. They came first thing Monday morning (prior to coming called and said they are on their way!) and set up the dryers and dehumidifiers. 3. Checked on it on Tuesday. 4. Came back Wednesday and all was well and dry, put the rug and trim and the furniture back in place. Very courteous and considerate of the situation.
Ashley’s Restoration is an excellent local company from Wilmington NY. I had water damage from ice dams. They arrived the same day I called and were able to assess the problem and make a plan. They were easy to work with and extremely professional. They developed a plan to dry out my house and remove water damaged material. Excellent service by people who really know their business. We got to know them 25 years ago after a furnace blowback issue. We stayed away from house on their advice until everything cleaned up, thank goodness insured loss because we were away over a month. We still stand in our living room in awe of the owner’s paint job on a ceiling made of exposed hand-hewn beams separated by Sheetrock . Perfect in every way lo these 25 years later.
