I was so disappointed in my experience here! I got my glasses here when I was a child but things have definitely changed. My 3 yr old needed glasses, so I brought her in. The staff is not knowledgeable about the plans they accept. Just the process of finding out what was covered took 15-20 minutes. Then they seemed to be rushing us and barely spoke 2 words. Fell in love with this place when they were the only place I could get my glasses during Covid. My eyesight changed suddenly after contracting and surviving Covid, and I didn’t know anything about buying glasses. They were very friendly and helpful with picking frames. So when my daughter had her exam, of course Ashley’s was my choice for her as well! Customer Service is everything to me! So I drive from Essen Lane in Baton Rouge to come here! Thanks Ashley’s!
