Incredible service, communication, and arrangement. Ashley's delivery driver reached out to double-check if someone was home to receive the flowers as it was below freezing, and they did not want the flowers to die outside. Then, another woman from the shop reached out to deliver the flowers personally after closing at 5 pm to ensure they would be received.
