I purchased a dress there for my great granddaughter about three weeks ago and it did not fit. This was my first time to shop here and I really liked the people. Well the dress did not fit and by then all of this with the Coronavirus happened. I tried a couple of times to call but no answer. I finally got someone on the phone this past week but because it had been 3 weeks since I bought the dress and it was on sale she said I could not return it. Ashley’s always has the cutest clothes, shoes, accessories, and toys! Absolutely love this store and the people. My children don’t want to leave, and I never leave empty handed! 😂 Ashley has EVERYTHING to complete the perfect look, constantly getting in new inventory, and great sales!
They have nice stuff but to high cannot hardly buy a lot of stuff.

I have never been in the store, but I have seen several things I loved online, and they let me pay over the phone and my husband picks up. I’m afraid that if I go in that I’ll buy everything! Every person I have talked to at the store is very friendly, and they respond to Facebook comments/messages pretty quick. They go above and beyond, and you get personalized items in a timely manner!
