They told me I had a lot wrong with my vehicle and all I needed was an alignment
They gave me a bad tire and told me I need tire rods but I didn't all I needed was a alignment
Great. But they are gone. No note on window. Where did they go?
This place is a joke, paid and took the car in over a week ago, they said everything would be fixed by that day. They called right before they closed and still wasn’t done and said to get car the next day. We go get the car and they say bring it back next Friday we was waiting on parts that will only take an hour. We dropped our car off at 9:30am, they are now closed and no call back from then when they said car would be done at 1:30pm! Definitely avoid this place!
If I could go lower I would, took my car up there and asked for a general inspection to ell me what was wrong with my new vehicle, they proceeded to do what they said, after an hour I came back and there was no details about the underside of the vehicle, no details on what I needed done, just "here's your quote and receipt". Told me I needed struts in the front and rear on top of control arms but I'm somewhat mechanically inclined and know when shocks feel and are bad.
