Comecei na clínica minha luta pela perca de peso a dois meses atrás, não tinha mais esperança em conseguir perder tudo que ganhei nos últimos anos, porém através deles e de todo cuidado e atenção vi que é possível, médicos espetaculares, as meninas que nos atendem através das mensagens sempre cuidadosas e atenciosas, todos meus medos e dúvidas ela imediatamente me esclarece e faz o possível para que me sinta confortável neste processo tão complicado. Excellent company! From the first contact, I was treated with professionalism and attention. The team is highly qualified, the services/products offered are of high quality and the customer service is impeccable. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for reliability and excellence! In 3 months I lost 13kg, with Mounjaro I am super satisfied with the result, and grateful to Dr Pedro who accompanies me in this process.
When I entered the clinic it looked so inviting. I was then taken to another room that was filled with other tables and equipment. She began to explain that she was moving these items to Florida to her other clinic. She was on her phone while sitting next to me to organize the move. It was far from relaxing and rushed. She needed water for the steam machine and pulled out a bottled water to fill- sanitary?? I received a sample and pamphlet and rushed to the door.
EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I had an appointment and no one showed up. We waited 15 minutes past scheduled time. They don’t have a working phone number so you can’t call anyone. They take a deposit during scheduling which is around 75% of total. Do yourself a favor, pay a little more somewhere else. Anyone who is this unprofessional is not worth your time and money!!!!
