Been going to Ashley for a few years now. She's incredibly knowledgeable and professional, while also being compassionate and empathetic.
They should tell everyone they are "By Appointment Only". The person at the front desk seemed put out that you didn't have an appointment and put out that after an extended wait that you ask if you are getting close to being seen. I would not recommend them.
I call and let them know my car is iced over and I’ll be a few minutes late and they try to reschedule me. I tell them I’m on my way and I’ll be 5 late and they say It depends on how many people are there when I get there. I get there and they say do your other babies have appointments today too? I said no and they tell me that they will have to reschedule when I don’t have my kids.
