Not sure who needs to hear this, but one of their drivers was driving like a mad man just now going North on Shoup Ave. He was driving in both lanes and when I honked at him to stay in his lane he started driving more aggressively. He started tailgating me in a tow truck. I would not want them to drive like that with my car in their tow truck. I would not use them now that I saw the way their drivers drive.

Im only less than a mile and waited 21mins! Tow truck didn’t show up. No call. No show. Nothing. Had to place another request. Very unreliable through triple A.

The driver arrived earlier than expected. Was very friendly and courteous and made the experience of towing my car very smooth.
