AAA is unfortunately partnered with west hills towing for battery checks and exchanges. Apparently AAA makes the tech check the battery every time they come even though the first tech stated the battery needs a change. The first tech from west hills towing company straight up lies to customers saying the battery is either chargeable or replaceable when he doesn't have the jurisdiction to do so. Mathew did an exceptional job. He helped recharge the battery on my Toyota Prius. He was knowledgeable and professional. Thank you for the great customer service.
The dispatcher his the worst lady i have ever spoken to,,I would never use your service ....i reported her to triple A (AAA) and told them. She needs to learn how to speak to people
Not sure who needs to hear this, but one of their drivers was driving like a mad man just now going North on Shoup Ave. He was driving in both lanes and when I honked at him to stay in his lane he started driving more aggressively. He started tailgating me in a tow truck. I would not want them to drive like that with my car in their tow truck. I would not use them now that I saw the way their drivers drive.
