Efficiency and communication could be improved upon.
I was referred here for an IUD placement by my PCP. When i arrived early for my appointment they brought me back immediately to check me in and take my vital signs. Instead of being sent back to the waiting room i was directed to sit in the hallway by the exam rooms. I continued to wait there for more than 30 minutes while staff walked past and ignored me.
