I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Ashley Austin. She is incredibly smart and talented, demonstrating exceptional expertise in sports medicine. Her bedside manner is truly amazing—she is kind, understanding, and genuinely caring. I really appreciated her straightforward approach, which made the entire process transparent and stress-free. Most importantly, she always has the best interest of her patients at heart. I highly recommend Dr. Austin to anyone seeking expert sports medicine care.
Dr. Austin is an amazing physician. She does a thorough examine in a pleasant patient manner. She fully explained my condition and went out of her way to help accommodate my needs. I have and will to recommend her to anyone.
I have a cousin that works in a different area in HSS. She knew about my knee problems and recommended Dr Austin. They took my X-rays and basically told her my entire life story within the last 10 months and said I needed a steroid shot. It’s been about 13 hours since the shot and I do feel improvement. Not totally 100% but I do feel a little soreness and a major improvement in my mobility.
I cannot say anything more positive than not only did her office accommodate me at the last minute to administer a Cortizone shot as much as she was telling me it’s gonna hurt. This is going to hurt. It didn’t hurt at all. Her staff is wonderful. She is wonderful. And I would recommend her to anyone that has a shoulder issue after you’ve seen your shoulder surgeon.
A friend referred me to Dr. Austin, and I'm so glad they did. Dr. Austin's patience and thorough explanations made my experience comfortable and reassuring. She's friendly and kept things light, which I appreciate. Definitely a 5 start experience.
