She did not take the time to properly evaluate my condition, examine my condition, or perform a physical assessment before discussing treatment options. The only thing missing from the interaction with Dr. Austin was perhaps a casual “what’s up, dude,” as her unprofessional attitude, tone, and body language made the visit feel more like an impersonal encounter than a professional medical consultation.
