With 3 appointments never once with the doctor. NP prescribed antibiotic for ear ache over the phone. Went to ENT Dr and was no infection so no antibiotic needed. Had results of xray taken for severe back injury read to be by RECEPTIONIST. Had to request MRI which wrong information sent to my insurance co. Calling for physical therapy! Called several times and given different answers every time. Staff member, maybe assistant hung up on me while I was trying to find my insurance co’s fax number.
