Don't waste your time, you will never see the actual doctor and will only see the nurses. Of which Megan is very cold and uncaring. All they care about is the money and they will not actually listen to your concerns. The front desk people don't know how to help with basically anything and the billing department is just as clueless. Please find a different health care provider that can actually help you. I'm very disappointed in them.
Had a visit last week. Everyone was friendly. My appointment was right on time. Jacqueline Wynn ARNP, asked questions i never thought of and updated my medications. Self pay costs are reasonable for the service. Will schedule my follow ups here!
TESS the manager is the most xaring
I have been a patient of this office for years... and for those years I have been trying to get an appointment with Dr. Tunkle, but was she was never available do I would have to see her Nurse Practitioners. They were all lovely... However, a year ago I decided to wait to actually meet with Dr. Tunkle and booked the FIRST available appointment with her.. which was A YEAR later... but fine..
