Our sales associate Erik was very helpful, he wasn’t pushy & was happy to give us time and space to make our decision. We had never visited an Ashley furniture store before. We would definitely go back when we are needing something else.

Moneca helped me with my bedroom furniture at the Shelby location. She was honestly the most patient, kind, and genuine sales associate I have ever dealt with. I had my two young daughters with me; they were running all over the place, Moneca did not make me uncomfortable or feel like we were a bother. She was very informative and flexible with helping me purchase from home after not being able to finish my transaction in store. If there is anyone I can recommend it will be here!
Salesman was quite friendly and knowledgeable. The computer system caused the transaction to take longer than it should have. Clean, nice store.
