Bought two electric recliners. They are the most uncomfortable chairs I’ve ever sat in. I called the day of delivery to let them know, they feel nothing like the model and I wanted to return or replace. They could care less, after calling and emailing every week for 10 weeks they finally responded and said they would come put new foam in the seats. John Wayne, yep our sales guy, was kind, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I stopped in knowing exactly what I hoped to purchase. JW worked with us on price.... Delivery costs is a little crazy. Other than that we are excited about our purchase.
