Great experience! Abdul was amazing! He was friendly, professional, and worked with my budget. The plan was to browse that day but I left there with a new bed and mattress for a great deal that I couldn’t pass up!
Now that my problem was resolved with the credit bureau, I can leave my highly dissatisfied review. In early May, I stopped in to look at some furniture for our new home. I ended up working with the VP of sales, who was extremely sales aggressive and made me feel awkward & extremely uncomfortable. I would like to thank Dealex for assisting us with picking out and purchasing our new living room furniture. He gave us options, was not pushy, and was a pleasure to work with. We had such a good experience, my husband also bought a loveseat for his man cave. We would definitely go back to the Ashley Store in Hamden, and would request Dealex to make our next purchase.
