Chris was great even though we didn't end up purchasing. He went above and beyond in trying to make it work. Extremely kind and helpful!
On time to the minute, men were considerate took the time to show me how to remove and replace the back rest to the recliners and took away all the garbage couldn’t ask for more.
Went in to order furniture -- didn't want the extended protection. Showed me the final price, which did not have the extended protection, and then charged my card. Got the receipt afterwards in my email, and it now included the warranty, called the store to get that refunded, The sales person asked if I was sure. As if saying no the first time wasn't enough. Then i decided to cancel my order 12 hours later not support this type of practice. My order still hasn't been cancelled after 48 hours. Avoid the store at all costs.
Tommy is one of the best, kind salespeoplewe have encountered. He is very knowledgeable and patient as well as passionate about their products. Ask for him at lake grove location.
We had a couch delivered and it was perfect . Both the product and the Delivery men. We also purchased a bedroom and dining room set a few years ago and they were awesome then as well. Phenomenal company.
