Joe and his team were exceptional. They helped us find the perfect coaches and we are very happy with the customer service.
Do NOT purchase the extended warranty or any other service contracts. Nice furniture, but you will be sold what I show in this picture, given no name for their 'subcontracted' warranty servicer or website or additional paperwork, and then when you go to file a claim, they'll likely direct you to Tier 2, where they'll tell you they can't fix it but they'll give you 50% credit with a $99 deductible though there are no tiers mentioned on the paper when you purchase and it also explicitly states "no deductibles." Our salesman, Thomas S, was fantastic! He was incredibly kind and helpful, never pushy at all. He was patient with us because we couldn’t decide which couch we wanted. I highly recommend him.
Delivery guys were very professional and fast. They was in and out in about 20 minutes and they did not leave a mess.
We realized that the furniture we ordered was too big for our room, and possibly would not even fit through the door, so we canceled. It was after the 72 hour limit, so we were told we'd have to pay a $99 penalty. It turned out that we had to pay for a delivery we never got - a total of almost $300! What a ripoff. Their customer service is a joke. Buyer beware!
