What a great experience we had at Ashley. Andrea was absolutely wonderful. She was kind and helpful - and her suggestions really made our purchase perfect.
Couch arrived missing several parts and took several weeks to receive missing parts. Despite 4 attempts to reach out to customer service supervisors, I was never able to get in touch with anyone for an appropriate resolution. This experience was disappointing, and I won’t be shopping at Ashley’s again.
