Josh was super helpful throughout our couch purchase. He was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and genuinely wanted to make sure we found the right product that fit what we were looking for.He was patient, answered all of our questions, and never once made us feel pressured. We had a salesman Dennis today. He was incredibly knowledgeable, he knew where to show us the Living rooms sets my wife loved. Also led us into buying a dining set because one of the pieces for our living area matched the line for the dining area. High marks!!!

Place is terrible. I spent 3000 in this store and they simply cannot get a delivery correct. They send me a broken chest and then proceed to tell me they cannot send a replacement for weeks. They delivered the wrong head board and then send a replacement the wrong color. The store cannot get anything right and then say they will accommodate me and send me a quick delivery only to lie and never show up with the replacement the next day. Overall the employees are pleasant and professional. However my gripe is with Ashley the company. Everytime I walk in I feel like I'm buying a used car. There's this fee, and that fee, and then the delivery charge. I walked in this evening to MAKE a purchase of an arched cabinet hoping they can price match the SAME exact item from a local competitor, and while they did provide a discount they didn't actually price match the item.
