Great experience! Ordered a couch and on delivery day realized it was the wrong couch. I should have checked my receipt but I just assumed the correct couch was ordered when I went in to specifically buy that certain couch (I researched ahead of time so already knew what I wanted. Anyway, the service and delivery department were so helpful and friendly. I had the refund for the difference in price next day and the correct just a couple days later. My sales rep, Aubrey in the Avon store, was absolutely amazing. He was so helpful and knowledgeable (and patient). Really, I can’t say enough good things about him. I am being a little daring and bold with this purchase and the designs I am putting with it, and had it not been for his design knowledge and assistance, I probably would have chickened out... and now I am excited to use my creativity in my decor.
