I purchased a bedroom set 6 months ago from Ashley furniture. The salesperson was pleasant and helpful. Upon recieving the bedroom set it looked really nice ,fit well in the bedroom. After just six months one day my son sat on the bed and the rails on the sideboard that attach to the footboard and headboard completely broke in half! Leaving the bed on the floor. After shopping at Ashley for years (Salem NH location)I would NEVER recommend this store to anyone. I came to the Avon location during tax free weekend to purchase a new bed for my 11 year old son. I came in the store very clear on my needs wanting a bed with 4 under storage drawers and does not require a box spring. After speaking with the sale rep Rodenya and walking the sales floor we settled on a bed. Expansive and roomy showroom. No pushy salesman, Mario was wonderful and took a lot of time with me answering questions and helping me re-arrange furniture to see how different set ups would look. He went above and beyond to help.
Great experience and the gentleman we were working with really heard our price point and showed us wonderful options
