Our sales person Mikey was very friendly and helpful.
Came in for finalize purchases and was greeted by Mario who was exceptional in his service. Since I already knew what I needed, I simply had to point and he helped confirming that everything was available. There was no pressure or upselling tactics, just good customer service and being helpful.
All representatives were welcoming and eager to help. They answered all of our questions and were very professional.
My partner and I just bought our first house together and came to Ashley Furniture for a specific idea in mind. The team did not disappoint. Mickey was excellent to work with. Incredibly knowledgeable and allowed us time to look and presented us great options. Then the GM Mike was friendly, attentive, and very reassuring and down to earth. Great team
