The store itself and the staff are good. My bad review is because of my experience with a sofa ($1000) I purchased there. Purchased a sofa, 2 ottomans, and 2 chairs in Nov 2024, delivered in Jan 2025. By Feb, the sofa cushions had lost a lot of life, very saggy. In May, one of the armrests broke. I called Ashley (which was challenging because my call kept getting answered by Cardi's Furniture for some reason) and they told me this type of defect is not covered under warranty but as a one-time courtesy they would send out a t... read more
I went in with 4 kids at like 6pm and the sales guy Mike was amazing! Took the time to understand our needs and wants and took us through the entire process. We ended up getting quite a bit and he was very patient and nice! Highly recommend him!!!
