The delivery service refused to bring my furniture to the room it was supposed to be in because it was a further walk than the front door. Dumped in the threshold and left. I called customer service and the representative spent 10 minutes telling me everything I did wrong in the situation. All I did was ask them to put it in the right room. I now have to pay to get the furniture moved to the correct place. This is nuts.
