If I could I would put -10 stars for Ashley Furniture store in Manassas VA. Stay away from them! I have purchased furniture in 2020 it was paid through store offered credit card. I have paid it off and closed the account. Now, I received a letter stating that they are taking me to collections for unpaid balanced..... This is clear harassment. It was already dismissed once by the judge as we've proved that the balanced been paid, and yet they turned around and did it again....
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE EVER!! I HAVE MADE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS EVEN TO BBB AND STILL I HAVE NO RECEIVED ALL OF MY MERCHANDISE. HERE IS MY FIRST COMPLAINT MADE ON 7/16 I went in the Manassas Virginia store to order my furniture on June 6th. I told the sales associate that I moved on June 26th, I expressed how important it was to receive my furniture by then. I was promised that week or the following. Great customer service. Just couldn’t understand if I was using my Ashley Homestore charge card, why would they try to get me to pay cash for taxes and delivery. I NEVER HEARD OF ANY STORE ASKING YOU TO cash to PAY TAXES SEPARATELY. 🤷🏽♀️ Annnnnnd why make a copy of my ID?

Last Sunday, My husband and I were looking for a particular reclining sofa at Ashley Furniture in Sterling. When we were about to conclude the deal they let us know that the sofa will ve delivered in...on month! This was not going to work for us as we had planned a celebration early August. We visited the Manassas store on a whim to see what kind of selection was available to refinish a bedroom. We were really happy to meet Jonathan Simmons, who answered various questions without pressure. Jonathan is certified in Tempurpedic mattresses and helped us find something that worked well for us. We ended up staying after closing and receiving great financing options. We will definitely be coming back for more items in the future.
