It was my first appointment with Ashley. She is so welcoming and caring! Ashley really took the time to feel and understand what my body needs. Her feedbacks after the massage were super helpful, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and knowledgeable about anatomy. I walked out feeling better and more aware of how to take care of myself. Highly recommend her!
I started seeing Ashley after a low back injury and over the weeks she has helped my body get back to pain free. She is a wonderful massage therapist and human, she keeps a warm and welcoming environment that creates relaxation the moment you walk in the door. Her bodywork is top notch and I always walk out feeling well taken care of and refreshed after a session.
If I could give Ashley more stars I would! As a retired physical therapist I am continually impressed by Ashley’s knowledge and skills. Add to that her own experience as a top athlete and she has a unique understanding of the body, muscles, injury and the effects of stress. I leave her sessions with a deep sense of healing and calmness…which is exactly what my active and aging (I’m 64) body needs. I already have my next session booked!
Ashley is an incredible massage therapist! I came to her with some neck and shoulder pain, and she targeted the areas with amazing precision. She was also super flexible to squeeze me in before my travel. I’m writing this review the following day with a ton of improvement in my pain. I am a returning customer for sure!
The massage by Ashley changed everything. She worked on my upper back - a problem area for me, and I felt brand new after. 10/10 would recommend
