I love how kind and welcoming everyone in the office is. I have pretty extreme social anxiety and I have felt very comfortable with Dr. St. Germain and the other staff. Just very nice people. I also love how fast they are. I’ve never waited more a than 1 min for Dr. St. Germain to come in. Ive never been in to any doctor faster in all my 38 years. I love it soooo much. I dont like going to the doctor and I was also overwhelmed being pregnant again later in life….going to this office helped me feel a lot better about it.
Honestly... The worse doctor I have ever seen. Not only is this my first pregnancy but I'm also 36 years old. I was extremely sick in the first trimester and I was constantly calling cuz I wasn't able to work and I wasn't sure if everything was normal. They offered no advice; help; or even tried to get me in to be seen. Then after over a month of waiting to be seen she showed me no sympathy or care.
