Best care ever
Arrived for my first appointment 15 minutes late due to local school zones(1:45pm) only to be told I need to reschedule because she doesn’t see people who are 15 minutes late. After leaving work early, driving for 45 minutes all the way out west to see her, then notice she had no one in the waiting room? I will be filing a grievance with UHC. Beware of providers like this!
What a wonderful, kind and caring doctor! She genuinely made me feel special by spending a considerable amount of time answering my questions and listening to my concerns. I have and will continue to refer my friends and family to see her.
Front desk is great. Unfortunately, "Dr. Shanblatt" is very unprofessional, rude, careless. Works like a robot and treat people as a business matter. Do not waste your time with her.
I had an appointment at 8:45 AM with instructions to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. I arrived at 8:20. At 8:47 Dr. Shanblatt arrived at the office with her child in tow. She entered her code, walked into the door and came back out moments later with her child. She proceeded to walk next door to a child learning center with her daughter.
