Simply put, Ashley is a healer. Her massage technique is a gift, as she is intune with clients issues. She begins with her thoughtful listening and continues throughout to assess and manage the bodywork that needs done. I have never been disappointed. At times she finds issues I wasn't even aware of. With a regular schedule of massage, Ashley keeps me moving. I highly recommend!
Ashley Richardson has been my sold massage therapist since she was recommended by Johnstone Chiropractic--at least two years ago. She is fantastic at diagnosing and treating my various issues before and after knee surgery in early 2023. Now located in her own office in Rockland, I try to go every single week. It is worth every penny, especially to someone who loves to garden but perhaps should not...but can because of Ashley's deep muscle work.
Ashley is a great massage therapist. If you have a problem she knows how to get to the root cause. She has improved my overall health and well-being. I highly recommend!
