I had to quickly find a place for my mom. Ashley was the quickest and easiest to work with. The facility was also very clean and my mom was very well taken care of, I visited her almost daily, every time I saw her she was very clean and had a new change of clothes. Both the medical and office staff were excellent and accommodating.
This was a fantastic experience. I loved the staff and the therapists were excellent and helped me get back home. I couldn't very more grateful. Kathy and Amelia in the front office were so helpful and kind. Thank you all

Great wonderful facility! One of the best in Nwa!! Love the DON! Love the staff! The food they feed them is amazing! Coffee n creamer sitting out most the day for them and us visitors! Love it!
My mom broke had her hip replaced in March of 2024, she went to Ashley for rehab, this place is terrible which was surprising because my mom had been here two years prior after a fall and they were great but this time they were terrible. She didn’t get pains meds for her first two days, her room was dirty, it took me 20mins to clean the food from prior residents off the remote in her room, there was an old coffee cup and a cup full of brown sugar that had dried up so they had been there awhile.
