Dr Helseth took time to listen to patient concerns and offered suggestions that aligned with patients guardian but patient refused. Patient asked guardian to leave room and Dr Helseth took time to answer patient's questions privately. I think that shows great respect for the patient and shows how caring and understanding Dr Helseth is. We went home feeling like we were seen and heard.
Dr Helseth was amazing. Knowledgeable and easy to talk to.My daughter felt confident with her and actually called her an icon! Big praise indeed from a 15 year old.
