This is the weirdest business I’ve ever dealt with. Bee. Trying to get my hot tub repaired for almost a yr by this guy. He’s very when he shows up, act like he knows what he’s doing. Everytime promises he’s going to get it done, then never hear from him again. This is the third time I’ve done this.
Anyone that read the previous review, I have been contacted by the owner personally and he explained they had an address issue that has been corrected, and went so far to ask me to stop by and give them a personal review so when time allows I will do so and based on the conversation I would say they offer great service!! So keep watching for the update!
I just put in a new above ground pool this late spring. I had some issues with my sand filter. As busy as this season is. He came out next day. Found my issues and got me up and going. Highly recommend him and his team. When everyone else was too busy or promised to come out and never showed up Ashley’s was here, helpful explained things to me and showed me how to keep things going.
Rich was very responsive and had everything I needed in stock. He helped decide what would be most effective in clearing my pool up without trying to oversell like some other places I’ve been. Will be back for sure.
They are affordable, friendly and educational. Definitely recommend !
