Great service, fixed what I needed faster than projected.
I love the new office staff. Ashley Park is the best. I was the mayor but not anymore.
Since there has been a shift in maintenance staff I must say, the first service request submitted since in my opinion was not properly handled. I requested the caulking be replaced around my tub. This job was not attended to until later afternoon and I wasn’t informed until after it was completed and a trip to the gym later, that I would not be able to use my shower for 24hrs. Unfortunately a shower could not wait and it was used before curing completely. I will probably have to have it done again when it will have the prope... read more
Management is great and they follow up. Neighbors are friendly. I love the grounds and the peaceful look of the nature and the lake. Location is convenient and everything is close by.
