I see my review was taken down that’s because they don’t want nobody to know what’s going on in building 6909 upstairs what they use apartments to do out here and at night who comes in and do the stuff they got going on but pictures speak more words and how first responders is a part of it that’s why ppl don’t trust them now the government in Richmond is use their jobs for other reasons why is government officials in Ashely park apartments worried about ppl body parts at in another apartment

Nice community and great staff at Ashley Park. We have lived here for the past couple years and love how quiet the community is, especially being so close to the hospital. Everyone in the office and maintenance are very nice and hardworking individuals, especially Ariana and Marcus! Our only gripe is since transferring twice in the community whoever checks the unit before move-in isn't as thorough as you would hope. Ariana was so helpful and welcoming from the tour to getting keys. I am so happy with my new home. She was very helpful with responding to all my questions in a timely manner.
Now that I'm moving out, I'll say what needs to be said: The rent is way too high for the age and quality of these apartments and the landscape around it. $1600 for peeling paint and appliances from 2005 are not worth your money. The tenants all over the apartment complex are extremely unfriendly for some reason (possibly because some are older, I don't know) and have gotten into multiple fights over my two years of living here. The unit under me has had multiple domestic disputes which I had to call the police on three time... read more
