Yep worked there just shy of a decade. Went through a bunch of buyout and each time a new company stepped in, the office generally worsened. People were put in charge and never should have been. Lots of good drivers, dispatchers and other personnel left for those reasons. Ashley pnw wasnt bad except for that. Worked with a lot of great drivers who i still stay in contact with. Glad i left though when i did.

I used to work here as a assistant fleet manager when their office was off of Marine Drive in Portland. Horrible time, horrible experience, not surprised they closed their doors to the Portland office. The only decent part of it was my trainer was amazing and some of the staff were great to work with, but I would never work for Ashley pnw again

I’ve been here as a driver for 1yr and I’m happier than I’ve ever been working for other companies! The freight is good and consistent, mostly drop n hook so I keep moving. While the pay is maybe not the best in the industry I like the fact that I’m not just a number. And the fact that they keep me rolling means I make good money and have never had a home-time problem.
