She IS unconcerned about the patients. She doesn't talk to you rather talks down at you; she's very condescending. When I asked her did she need to check me or touch me, she replied, "no, I don't need to touch you." Gave me a prescription and told me I needed PT. At which point she proceeds to explain if that doesn't work she would send me to pain management for an injection but my insurance wouldn't pay for it until I went to PT at least 6 times. Extremely rude uncaring person. Doesn't listen and cares less about the pain your in. Just looks at you then states you don't need x-rays because you are old already and you have arthritis so it's apart of old age. Even after explaining to her my entire right side of my body hurts(right lower back, buttocks, thigh, shin, and foot.
very nice and listened to my problems and knew what i was going thru. she recommended treatments that will hopefully help.
