Furniture's nice and all but the customer service skills are not so great unfortunately. You are not even greeted upon entering despite the store being completely empty or asked if help is needed.
This has to be the greatest experience I've had as far as customer service.marlen and terry were extremely patience with me and i have to admit i am a grouchy angry bird. I received an unbelievable deal from them they met all my expectations and more.I will certainty return for any other furniture purchases keep up the excellent job
Denied access with a service animal. Also, this store’s employees don’t open the store on Sundays when they’re posted store front hours indicate they should have been open. I reported it and asked them to change their posted hours and they didn’t indicate interest. Lazy employees.
