Visiting Dr. Oswald is always pleasant. She's on time, listens to my concerns, and answers my questions in a way I can understand.

I've been a patient at this office since 2021, originally seen by Dr. Parodi before he left the practice, and was transferred to NP Oswald in 2023. When I last saw her in May 2025, when she walked into the office, her first words were "I don't think we've ever met before but"- letting me know clearly she hadn't bothered to even check my chart before even coming into the room.
