I've been living here almost a year and I have to say their service is great. If anything goes wrong with anything in my apartment or if any maintenance is going to happen; I'm alerted with notice which is very important to me. Also their staff is friendly as well. I would recommend living here.
DO NOT RENT HERE! This place has black mold coming out of the vents and only 3 or 4 maintenance workers for well over 100 units. They take two-three hour lunches in the community room next to the fitness center and stare at women working out. The office staff rarely answers the phone and does not check the online maintenance requests. There is no emergency maintenance number, you have to leave a message and wait for them to call you back. Ashley Oak Apartments on Henderson Pass has been the worst decision! Their Managment apartment lacks professionalism to the max!!! My apartment looks nice in the inside due to my own up keeping and nothing to do with their so call "maintenance facilities" Is been 4 Months since I moved in and they still have yet to fix the items listed on the original walk, not to mentioned that I've had 3 Water leaks since then and I'm still waiting for their "maintenance crew" to show up! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The apartment was not ready on the day of move in. They don't show you the apartment that you will be moving into. There were several calls made to get things fixed they were never fixed and they stated they had no record of the requests. This is the worst management I have ever come across. They want the rent payment no matter what they didn't care that stuff wasn't getting fixed. The staff is horrible and rude after you sign the lease. They are really helpful and ni... read more
