Dr. Norris at Graves Gilbert Glasgow is phenomenal. The entire staff at this facility is also wonderful. I get appointments quickly, and when I see Dr. Norris she is always so friendly, she is direct/clear in what needs to be done or said, she helps me find solutions to my problems, and she listens to everything. I don’t feel rushed, I feel heard and cared for. Im so happy to have Dr. Norris as my primary care, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for the same!

Absolutely best doctor my family and I have ever had. Listens, discusses things with you and is thorough. Super nice and personally.
At first it did seem like she was listening to me about my health , but I realized she was really not listening ever sense I moved here to Kentucky and got her as my doctor , I am still having issues with my left ear . I don’t think she ever asked about my medical records from up north . I am still having my lower back pain that she never gave me any medication that I used to get when I lived up north .
