Ashley did try to help me solve a couple of problems, but ended up sending me to specialists that didn’t have anything to do with my ailment. I went to another GP and was able to get help right away for a problem that lasted six weeks. I like the walk-in clinic, but it’s about a 10 day wait if you want an appointment. Also, if you message on mymercy, her nurse responds and I would have preferred communication from Ashley herself. She is really nice and does want to help. I think the Mercy system is the biggest problem here.
