The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The entire experience was very relaxing, and I was incredibly pleased with how my manicure and pedicure turned out. Kaitlyn did such an amazing job, I will definitely be returning!!

Pedicure salon bowls were dirty and I did not witness cleaning between customers. I asked the nail tech to clean the bowl or place a liner. They were able to find some cheap liners and didn’t know how to use them. The worst pedicure I have ever had! The tech had 0 experience. Total waste of time and money!

I got seated right away and they started right on time. It took longer than I thought for the acrylics but they turned out wonderful.

They are not welcoming to black customers is my experience with this establishment. It was made very clear she did not want to make an appointment for me and my daughter. Everyone (techs and customers, who were all Caucasian) in the shop stared at us like why are you here and continued to stare until we left. Update: No you did not offer appointments that were declined. But I see you remember how we were treated thus why you attempt to change the reality of the encounter.
