It was my first time going there, I showed the guy a picture of what I wanted and it turned out nothing like what I said. I asked him to fix one of my nails because he did not put the 3-D that I wanted on it. My total ended up being $75 without a tip. I got a simple gold design. "I absolutely love this nail salon! The staff is so friendly and professional.
I went in today and asked for a pedicure and a full set with nail art. I showed my nail tech a picture of what I wanted and she got it done PERFECTLY! I was incredibly happy with the results. Will be returning and will recommend!
I’m really disappointed with my experience here. I went in for dip powder on my natural nails and specifically asked if they could remove my previous set without damaging them. They said yes, but ended up cutting my natural nails extremely short and leaving them in poor condition. There was little to no prep work done, and the skin around my nails was left messy.
