Zero complaints. Ashley had a car listed on facebook at a very reasonable price. I just needed something reliable and mechanically squared away. I indicated I was interested and didn't want to beat her up on the price, and I told her I'd take it as long as delivery was an option and cash-payment was acceptable. Great experience. Car ran and drove well, great price, easy transaction. Drive it straight back to Minnesota with no issues along the way or in the months since.
Ashley gave me a great deal on a very well maintained Honda pilot. My mechanic was very impressed with the condition of the car. It will probably be 10 years before I need to get another vehicle, but I will go back to Ashley motors when I do!
Communicates well but important details were not mentioned. I drove for an hour to view a vehicle and not once did she disclose that it had really bad oil and brake fluid leaks. Tires had cracks so bad that I wouldn’t drive the vehicle on the highway. The vehicle condition did not match the carfax maintenance records.
I'm leaving a much-delayed rave review about my experience with Ashley at Ashley Motors. I was car shopping 1-2 years ago, and I freely admit, I had very specific parameters. I needed something reliable, within my fairly low budget, that had been treated well and had records to prove it, 0-1 minor accidents, I didn't mind it older but under a certain mileage, and that would last a long time.
