I got a ticket driving to Florida and needed help to get it reduced. Ashley and her team were very easy to work with and helped me get it fixed. The cost was reasonable, and the communication was great. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
I will never use this office or off the record again they got it knocked down BARELY if you even wanna say they got it knocked down and still ended up costing me more if I had just paid the ticket they have not been very willing to help me figure out a outcome that works for me and the courts I’m just gonna pay the damn ticket at this point because obviously I’m not getting what I paid

I truly regret using Off The Record and hiring this office for representation. Not made aware of what pleas and direction the attorney would be taking. End result, I got hit with a fine although they got it decreased to a warning definitely not a win win as they put it. I paid the fine which end up being more than the cost of the actual ticket.
