I made an appt in March for July, I asked the women who made my appointment if they accept my insurance, she said yes. I gave them the card on the day of my appt, and also had a mammogram. I went to have different test done to find out that I owed $955 balance, I asked why and the women said because we don't take your insurance. Then a women named Anna called from billing and offered me a 30% discount. She only updated the one bill and said the other would be done today. I had a great experience with Ashley McGrogan for my annual exam. She answered my questions fully and thoughtfully and explained everything she was doing, which made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Would be happy to see her again next year

Ashley gave my wife l a cervix biopsy (checking on abnormal period length) with no warning on the amount of pain or extended (3 days) of bleeding. She nearly passed out from the pain, no meds or prep before hand, left her on the table with a dismissive comment on “sometimes the body needs to lay down when we play with the cervix”. Not clear this was a needed procedure either. I know she is not an MD so maybe it’s a lack of training or a just a lack of empathy in general, but I do not think you should be visiting with her.
